Kani artisans are highly skilled and patient individuals with an astounding level of focus. A craftsman can successfully weave up to a maximum of one inch per day, depending on how intricate and sophisticated the design is. Weaving a Kani Shawl can take anywhere from three to thirty-six months to complete.
